COVID-19 Advisory

In support of the community quarantine imposed in Luzon aiming to stop the spread of COVID-19, KFC will temporarily implement the following measures until further notice:

  • Selected stores will be open to cater to Online Delivery, Take Out, Online Pick Up and Drive Thru transactions. Click here for the list of stores.
  • The delivery and online pick up trading hours of selected Delivery stores will start at 9:00 AM until 1 hour before store closure. Click here to view the trading hours of our store.
  • The 30-minute guaranteed delivery time is temporarily suspended..
  • Delivery orders of customers located in buildings or condominium units will be delivered at the lobby or building entrance only.
  • We request our customers to prepare the exact payment for their orders to limit contact.

Your KFC Delivery is Clean and Safe

  • Safely Prepared

    • Crew's hands are properly sanitized
    • Crew's temperature is checked 2x a day
    • Take-out bags are safely sealed
    • Delivery bags are sanitized after every delivery
  • Safely Delivered

    • Riders' hands are regularly washed and sanitized
    • Riders' temperature are checked 2x a day*
    • Riders' wear face mask
    • Safety cards with Crew and Rider name and temp will be shared
  • Contactless Delivery

    • Rider to wait for the customer to arrive before taking out the order from the delivery box or bag.
    • Riders will place delivery at the specified spot and observe social distancing by taking 2-3 steps back.
    • Customer to take order and check if complete
    • Customer to place cash in designated envelope/pouch or sign credit card slip.
    • Customer to step back and let rider retrieve the delivery bag
    • Rider to sanitize hands and place envelope back into belt bag and place delivery bag back into the delivery box. Rider to head back to the restaurant.
    • Rider to sanitize hands upon arrival at the restaurant.
    • Rider to sanitize the delivery box and bags after each delivery transaction.

General Disclaimers

  • A maximum food purchase of ₱ 2,000 for cash & credit card transactions are allowed for delivery.
  • For Bulk Orders and catering needs (orders above ₱ 2,000), call 370-1253,
  • Delivery service may be temporarily suspended during extreme weather conditions or events to ensure the safety of our riders.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Cancellation of order must be done via (88-87-88-88) within 5 minutes of ordering.
  • Changes in the order will reset the initial quoted time of our call center agents.
  • A fixed delivery fee of Php 49.00 will be applied per delivery transaction.
